This 8.5"x11" vertical poster is a print recreation of Madison Pollard's original watercolor design.

In her own words, "I was inspired to create this as the first in a series of illustrations during the spread of Covid-19. Richmond, VA is a city of restaurant culture and a community of unique small businesses. As these businesses have all been affected by the pandemic, I wanted to pay homage to their humbleness and their stories.

This 11" x 8.5" print of Richmond, Virginia's staples was drawn with pencil, painted with watercolor, then drawn again with fountain pen. The print features some of the most distinguishing landmarks, attractions, small businesses and restaurants of Richmond.

This print includes The Byrd Theater, Jamaica House, Poe Museum, Monument Avenue, The Science Museum of Virginia, Arthur Ashe Boulevard, the RVA Trolley, Deep Groove Records, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Nickel Bridge over the James River, Shyndigz, the Virginia capitol building, Havana 59, Hardywood Craft Brewery, The Fan, Maymont Park, Lo'Possom and Main Street Station.

This print has about a 1" border of white which leaves it perfect for framing. It is printed on matte, poster-grade paper. It does not contain a watermark on the front.

This would make a great gift for someone who loves Richmond, for one who once lived in Richmond or a fan of these businesses."
