ap·pre·ci·a·tion

Noun

The recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something. Gratitude for something.

Appreciation. It’s something we all like to receive, but something we don’t always take time to show in consistent, meaningful ways to those we love.

You can be appreciative in many ways, one of which is practicing gratitude. According to a blog post we found and love people who are grateful are happier, feel more in control of their life, and have higher self-esteem.

There are many ways to show your appreciation and start living with more gratitude. One way is to write handwritten thank you notes or letters to important people in your life. Whether they have done something for you and you forgot to thank them or they have just played an integral part in your life, people love receiving thoughtful notes. There’s nothing quite like finding a personal note in the midst of the bills and junk mail piled into your mailbox.

Another way you can ensure that you are practicing gratitude is by reminding yourself to be thankful. Get a planner or a notebook so you can make notes about why you are feeling appreciative. You can also write reminders to stay on top of the “thank yous” that need to be addressed.

At Tweed we often talk about how important our customers are to us.

Now, we want to show you.

We simply cannot thank you enough for being loyal and we want to express our gratitude by celebrating “National Get to Know Your Customers Day.”

On Thursday July 21st we invite you to stop by Tweed so we can give you a small token of our appreciation.

Come by and see us. We’re so glad you’re a part of our Tweed family!!!
